This mayonnaise has a rich and mild flavor, made by paying close attention to the freshness and quality of the eggs, oil, and vinegar. We use only "Pure Select Eggs," fresh eggs produced in Japan within 3 days of being laid. Only high quality canola oil, corn oil, and soybean oil are used for the oil. For vinegar, we use our special "Pure Select Vinegar," a blend of white grape vinegar, brown rice vinegar, and wood-aged malt vinegar. Specifications] - Ordering unit: 1 bottle (400 g)
