This double thick sauce is made with a well-balanced special soy sauce that goes well with tsuyu, domestic bonito flakes and Hokkaido kelp.
Dilute to 2 times with water for use in men-tsuyu (dipping sauce).
It can be used in a wide range of dishes such as men-tsuyu, tempura sauce, and simmered dishes.

Ingredients: Soy sauce (Honjozo), sugar, bonito flakes, salt, kelp, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), acidulant, (includes wheat and soybeans)
