The soap base is made using the traditional kettle-burning method over a period of one hundred hours, poured into a frame, cooled and solidified, and then dried and matured for about twenty days. The soap crystals become dense and do not easily melt away. No synthetic surfactants, mineral oil, fragrance, colorant, or preservatives are added. After rinsing, shea oil, which has excellent moisturizing properties, forms a protective film on the skin, softening irritation and preventing moisture from evaporating. The dense lather can be used all over the body and face.
