"Oyster Soy Sauce 1000ml" is oyster soy sauce with Hiroshima oyster stock.
It is made using a unique process that incorporates the umami of fresh oysters from the Seto Inland Sea.
This oyster flavor enhances the ingredients. Use it in a variety of dishes.
No genetically modified soybeans.

How to eat
Chawanmushi・・・10-12 times
Suimono - 12-15 times
Use as a seasoning for stir-fries or as a substitute for soy sauce in Japanese dishes.
Dilute and use as a dipping sauce for boiled tofu.
Use it as kake soy sauce for pickles.
Pour it over chilled tofu and enjoy.
For sansai udon and oden, simply dilute to your liking.


Soy sauce, sugar, mirin, salt, bonito flakes, oyster extract, vegetable protein hydrolysate, bonito extract, kelp extract, kelp, dried shiitake mushroom, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, acidulant, (wheat and soybeans are included in some ingredients)

Cautions for use

Extracts may precipitate at the bottom of the bottle, but there is no problem with quality.
