Oigatsuo Dashiyu is made with the professional technique of Japanese cooking, using bonito to make dashi twice.
"The two dashi, umami dashi and aromatic dashi, are combined with finely ground bonito flakes using the "Kinubushi" method.
The subtle richness of the soup produced by the bonito flakes is the key to the lingering flavor of the dashi that makes the food taste better. A wide range of dishes can be prepared with just one bottle, including noodle dishes such as somen and hot udon, as well as simmered dishes, nabe dishes, and cooked rice.
