How to use
[How to eat].
(1) Heat salad oil in a heavy pan and fry meat and vegetables cut into bite-sized pieces.
(2) Add water, bring to a boil, remove any lye, and simmer over medium heat until the ingredients soften (about 20 minutes).
(3) Once the heat is turned off, add the roux and let it dissolve.
(4) Simmer over low heat again, and when it thickens, it is ready (about 5 minutes).
