Ipsa's unique moisturizing ingredient, Aqua Presenter III*, creates an artificial layer of water on the skin's surface that retains moisturizing ingredients, providing moisture according to the dryness of the skin and preventing it from escaping.
By filling the skin with water*, it creates moisture-balanced skin that does not shine easily, and the active ingredients prevent skin irritation and acne in adult skin.
No alcohol added.

Directions for use

After cleansing, dispense a generous amount (approx. 2 mL) slightly larger than the size of a 500-yen coin onto a cotton pad or palm and apply to the face.
It can be used before creams and in any other skincare routine.
