Ramen noodles with the umami of "dashi" made from domestic ingredients are "dashi-men"! The dashi is made from the broth of Hinai Jidori, one of the three major chicken breeds, and the soy sauce is exquisite. The noodles are made from Hokkaido wheat flour, and are matured and dried for about two days.
