
This barley tea is made from two-row barley grown in Kumamoto and carefully roasted in an iron kettle using traditional methods. Please enjoy the deep roasted aroma, thick taste and lingering aftertaste.
How to make a good cup of tea
How to brew
Drained (500ml)
Infuse at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
If you want a thicker tea, let it steep for 5 to 6 hours.
Hot water (400ml)
Water temperature: boiling water
Leaching time: 5-6 minutes
Boiling (500ml)
Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
