How to make it
1. Bring 500ml of water to a boil in a pot, add noodles and boil for 3 minutes. Add the noodles and boil for 3 minutes. (The boiling time can be adjusted according to your preference.
2. Pour the liquid soup into a bowl in advance.
When the noodles have loosened, pour in the hot water from the pot first, then mix the soup well to dissolve it.
4. Finally, add the noodles and mix gently to finish. Add chashu pork, boiled egg, spring onions, kaiware, etc. to taste.
