Usage and Dosage

Pour one teabag into a teapot and fill with boiling water for 30 to 60 seconds for the first infusion.
If you want to boil it, boil well;
To boil, place one tea bag in 1 liter of boiling water and boil over low heat for about 5 minutes. When the tea has a nice color and aroma, turn off the heat and keep warm in a pot or refrigerate until ready to drink.
