A triple-concentrated soup stock with a mild and rich taste made mainly from kombu dashi (seaweed stock) and bonito dashi (dried bonito stock). It can be used in a wide range of dishes where "dashi" is the key ingredient, from dipping and pouring over noodles to boiling dishes.
